The Role

As a Senior Design Architect, you will produce and improve overall design models, put together design presentation strategies, and supply creative and process leadership to numerous design teams through all stages of projects and a variety of project types – Commercial Office Buildings and Towers, Mixed Use, Hospitality, Retail, and Entertainment.

Requirements

•10+ years’ professional experience accompanied with proven track record of fore fronting the design of large-scale projects such as corporate headquarters, commercial or mixed-use projects
•Advanced degree in Architecture or Design
•Experience making and producing overall design concepts and creating design presentation strategies with an appreciation of trends in large, shell/core architectural design
•Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
•Outstanding graphic presentation skills
•Ability to develop collaborative relationships across the firm, with clients, and with other key constituents
•Strong, persuasive communicator with excellent verbal presentation skills and the ability to communicate complex design concepts to clients
•Global design experience
•A passion for mentoring team members by offering guidance and leadership
•Experience with Cad, Revit and other documentation software

The Role

Qualified candidates must have 10+ years of experience. The position needs both strong exterior building envelope and interiors detailing experience, along with strong construction administration and specification writing experience.

Strong knowledge of BIM /REVIT along with development, implementation and monitoring of QA/QC processes is a plus.

Requirements

Office Responsibilities:
•Give guidance and direct internal technical educational programs for the office.
•Guide project teams and solve convoluted issues.
•Oversee technical design quality control and quality assurance for the office.

•Direct the Technical Design concept of projects.
•Implement technical leadership on projects to ensure they are in correlation with project scope, design, budget, client goals and core requirements.

•Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
•Extensive experience with overseeing the technical design on Architecture and Corporate Interiors projects, heading project teams, project management, and being accountable for project delivery.
•Knowledge of Revit and Cad
•Extensive understanding in Construction Contract Administration, and familiarity of construction types and systems (including roofing/waterproofing, exterior enclosures, and primary building systems, and CA software).
•Capability to comprehend how buildings are constructed and to generate technical documents that succinctly describe the work to be done.
•GCC experience is essential, and UAE experience is highly desirable.

Requirements

Minimum Years of Experience: 4 years of proven success in digital marketing roles with at least one year of managing teams.
Demonstrates proven extensive knowledge and success in roles executing and managing of multiple, simultaneous digital strategy engagements, including delivery of personas, content strategy, user experience, and optimization, and analytics, social and mobile strategy, emphasizing the following:

1. Providing guidance throughout activities as an account team partner and thought leader, owning the strategic direction of accounts and application of process. Establishing SOWs are followed explicitly, timelines and commitments are met for each client, all client work is conducted under a broader business or strategic context, understand the business context of the engagement .
2. Demonstrates proven extensive knowledge and success in roles designing and directing research methodologies, including leveraging the following expertise to uncover patterns and themes that lead to consumer and market insights.
3. Quantitative and research acumen, business models and strategic marketing Strategy process, frameworks, models and strategic marketing and solutions
