The Role
The Digital Strategy solution helps clients identify, implement and validate business opportunities that create real business value through the use of digital technologies.
Digital Strategy solution members help set the stage for a variety of complex, fast moving projects, through various stages of the product development lifecycle a from understanding user needs and market opportunities, to mapping out specific requirements for a proposed solution.
Working with a variety of research tools, they gain market perspective and knowledge and distil insights into a compelling deliverable to inform the strategic direction and roadmap for the digital, and to an extent the business and marketing, strategy for our clients. This typically involves developing an understanding of the market and competitive factors, identifying and prioritizing opportunities, and helping to frame the overarching story of a project.

Requirements
Minimum Years of Experience: 4 years of proven success in digital marketing roles with at least one year of managing teams.
Demonstrates proven extensive knowledge and success in roles executing and managing of multiple, simultaneous digital strategy engagements, including delivery of personas, content strategy, user experience, and optimization, and analytics, social and mobile strategy, emphasizing the following:
1. Providing guidance throughout activities as an account team partner and thought leader, owning the strategic direction of accounts and application of process. Establishing SOWs are followed explicitly, timelines and commitments are met for each client, all client work is conducted under a broader business or strategic context, understand the business context of the engagement .
2. Demonstrates proven extensive knowledge and success in roles designing and directing research methodologies, including leveraging the following expertise to uncover patterns and themes that lead to consumer and market insights.
3. Quantitative and research acumen, business models and strategic marketing Strategy process, frameworks, models and strategic marketing and solutions
4. Demonstrates a proven success and extensive abilities managing multiple digital marketing-related business development opportunities and/or engagements from pre-sale and initial scoping through final delivery and sign off.
This is a Dubai based role that offers lucrative tax-free salary.
